Normally deliveries occur within 7 working days for Italy and 15 working days for European destinations only for products available in stock.

Il termine di spedizione di un ordine contenente articoli aventi tempi di consegna diversi, è pari al termine di spedizione maggiore degli articoli in ordine. Frantoio Muraglia has the right to effectuate, if deemed appropriate, the delivery of the Products (also relating to the same order) in more than one, successive deliveries.

We always hope that you can be fully satisfied with the product purchased, but, in some circumstances, you may wish to return it. We will try to handle your returns as fast as possible.
Our policy is to guarantee your satisfaction every time you purchase a product. If you have changed your mind or are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can return the good, within the period of 14 days starting from the day on which you or a third party – other than the carrier and designated by you – acquires physical possession of the good, according to the standard instructions on the right of withdrawal as referred to in point 7 of the Conditions of Sale and Delivery by following the return procedure below described.
We specify that according to art. 59 of the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (the Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of sealed goods, which, by their nature, can not be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery.
If the right of withdrawal has been exercised according to the procedure described below and in any case following the provisions of point 7 of the Conditions of Sale and Delivery, within the deadline indicated and if the product you have returned to us meets the conditions explained in the previous paragraph or those set by art. 57 of the Consumer Code, we will refund the cost only of the product purchased using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. ImPuglia will send confirmation emails to the User to agree on the modality of delivery.
The return of the products must occur within 14 days since the communication of the User, through a Carrier that we will send to collect the goods on the day and time established.
Within 14 days from the day on which the Owner is informed of the User’s decision to withdraw from the contract, The Owner will refund the User for the amount paid.
The user will only be responsible for the shipping costs incurred for sending and returning the product.
As long as the seller has not received the goods or proof that they have been sent, he can legitimately withhold the refund.
Any refund will be made as quickly as possible, and in any case within 14 days from the date in which ImPuglia, having received notice of the withdrawal from the Customer, will receive the ordered goods intact and in the original packaging to the address specified above.
We always do our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you in the best conditions. If, however, a delivered product is defective, we will replace it with an identical product- after ascertaining the defect – by IMPuglia. We will organize the collection of the defective product and delivery of the repaired or replaced product by express courier.

In case of receipt of a product that does not comply with the order, we ask you to inform us promptly and in any case no later than 14 working days from the receipt of the goods, of your will to withdraw from the sales contract.
In that case, ImPuglia will cancel the order placed and refund the cost of the purchased product, using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction within 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract sale. In that case, ImPuglia will organize the collection of the non-conforming product by express courier.
The client interested in the stay or in the reservation of one or more of the services in the specific section “relax” and “service” of ImPuglia, he can start the process of booking within the webpage ImPuglia by filling in the request of reservation in the form he will find on the page of reference.
Starting from that point, in the smallest amount of time, ImPuglia will request, via e-mail, the availability and price confirmation of what is requested to the chosen structure or the contact person of the chosen service.
Afterward, ImPuglia will request, via e-mail or phone contact, final confirmation to the customer of what has been chosen or to offer an advantageous alternative solution.
The confirmation of the eventual booking happens via e-mail: the customer and the chosen structure will receive a summary voucher that allows the client to use the booked services.
In case of cancellation or unused voucher, the customer is required to pay a penalty which corresponds to 20% of the entire cost of the chosen service or stay.
